Lead time from purchase order is usually just 6-8 weeks.

No we don’t, all homes are built by us and meet all BSA standards

We have experienced contractors delivering all over the country

Q. Do you set up the home on-site?

Depending on location and the customers needs, but in most cases we set up the home for the client.

Q. Can I see one?

Q. How can I finance my transportable home? Most banks will not release funds prior to your house being on site and complete.  This may prevent you from being able to fund the required progress payments as stated in your building contract.  If you have significant equity or a guarantor that can support your loan then you should have no problem obtaining a loan secured by a mortgage over your land.  Transportable Home Finance can assist you to find a loan from one of several major lenders that understand factory built housing.
